If you like the flavor of coconut, this is definitely a great desert!
Keep the coconut cream in the fridge til' you are ready to use it. Then, add scraped vanilla bean and some powdered sugar to taste, and whip it! Put on top of fresh strawberries or a yellow cake. Yummm.... so good
